The finance committee at Wharton Undergraduate Energy Group is the preeminent energy finance student collective at Penn. Our finance branch brings together likeminded members passionate about exploring how capital flows, geopolitics and innovation are shaping the energy industry. From early stage renewables ventures to the most influential O&G companies, we focus on providing members a comprehensive understanding of how businesses work in this complex industry, enabling them to pursue careers across energy finance.

What We’re Looking for in Candidates

WUEG’s finance branch is seeking students who are passionate about the economic and business sides of the energy industry. Team members must be dedicated to the team’s activities, presentations, and assignments. Ideal candidates are hand-workers who take a proactive approach.
